Matt Milhoan
Host, Founder & Chief of Operations
Matt discovered tricking through martial arts in 2006. He held the first NEO Gathering in 2012 and has traveled to events all over the world. Matt also owns NeoMotion Academy, a tricking gym in Avon Lake, Ohio.
Sam Caspio
Co-Host & Director of Operations
Sam has been tricking for nearly a decade and has attended many tricking events as a special guest. Sam holds a master of accounting and MBA from Cleveland State and currently works as an auditor.
